Dear Mr. Lambe:
On behalf of MarineMax East, Inc., enclosed please find completed DMRs for the monitoring
period identified above.
The facility identified herein had an exceedance(s) from the following outfall(s) for the following
parameter(s) from the stormwater sample obtained on 6/16/2022:
• SDO001:
o Total Suspended Solids (112 mg/L)
o Chemical Oxygen Demand (129 mg/L)
o Aluminum (1.34 mg/L)
a Copper (3.02 mg/L)
o Zinc (1.19 mg/L)
In response to the exceedance(s) identified above, the facility herein shall implement the Tier III
Required Responses/Actions outlined in the NCG190000 General Permit.
