Tom and Hannah,
Below are photos of the small loss at B-4439 from yesterday’s rain that I mentioned to you earlier
today. The contractor is going to retrieve the loss with hand tools and extend the silt fence and angle
it up towards the shoulder as this resulted because they had stopped it short. The loss is
approximately 5’ x 10’ with about 1 bucket full in the ditch and 2-3 buckets up closer to the
shoulder. The ditch is pretty stagnant and I did not see where the material was making it’s way down
stream. I will follow up when they have it cleaned up.
