The proposed subdivision consists of 81 single-family residential lots on 48.21 acres. Each single-family lot is projected to produce a wastewater volume of 250 GPD, resulting in a total wastewater volume of approximately 20,250 GPD. An 8" gravity line will service the subdivision and will connect to an existing manhole to the south of the site.
