(Lewis Farms) RLAP. Please accept this letter and the attachments as response to the referenced items within the Additional Information Request from the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) — Division of Water Resources (DWR), Non -Discharge Permitting Unit (NDPU) dated November 29, 2022. WMSS is providing response to the following items with the response given below: Item E.1: • Please proceed with the modification of the Onslow County Water and Sewer's Swansboro WWTF to increase their dry tonnage on WQ0000455. Lewis Farms will serve as a back-up option in case they are needed in the future. Item E.2: • WMSS will coordinate having a TCLP with Reactivity, Corrosivity, and Ignitibility sample collected and analyzed from the Bald Head Island WWTP. Once the results are available we will forward them to NCDEQ. Item G.1: • Please see the electronic version submitted on September 1, 2022.
