Mr. Brock, A new boat ramp was designed and installed for TPOA at 3185 Waterview Drive
under Permit 94-19. The ramp was completed on November 19, 2020 by H5 construction under
the supervision of Right Angle Engineering, Mr. Shane Lippard. There has been no change in
ownership and the project was completed in compliance with all the conditions of the permit.
At this time, TPOA would like to extend this existing permit 94-19 to allow time for the
association to investigate the possibility of improving the slope of the ramp, the feasibility of
dredging a canal at the end of the existing ramp, and to make maintenance repairs to the fixed
pier.
Thank you so much for your consideration.
