Fast Track Sewer Modification
Enclosed is a submittal package for the above referenced project. Our client is proposing
a nine (9) unit residential development on Kanuga Road in Hendersonville NC. There are nine
(9) 5/8" water meters, twenty (9) sewer cleanouts, five (5) manholes, and approximately 195 LF
of 8" PVC/SDR-35 sewer extension to service the proposed units. Each unit is to be served by an
individual grinder pump and then discharged to an individual sewer cleanout and gravity service
line at the front of the unit. The wastewater generated by this project is estimated at 3,240 GPD.
