The proposed Partridge Village Subdivision is located on the East side of NC 210 approximately 1,000 feet South of Harnett Central Road in Harnett County, NC. We are seeking a permit to install a public sanitary sewer extension to serve 118 proposed single-family and townhome residences. The proposed sanitary sewer extension consists of 4,476 LF of 8" PVC and 493 LF of 8" DIP extending from an existing manhole that is part of the Partridge Village Phase 1. The proposed sanitary sewer main will be public. The construction of this sanitary sewer extension is projected to begin in Fall of 2022.
