Division of Water Resources’ Central and Regional staff has reviewed the application package
received May 18, 2022 and subsequent response package received . A draft permit was provided to AllJuice
Realty, LLC on November 22, 2022. However, at the Applicant’s request, additional information is
required before the review may be completed. Please address the following item no later than the close of
business on December 30, 2022.
 The draft permit provided to the applicant on November 22, 2022, utilized our updated permit
language including several conditions that differed from the existing permit. Our office
understands that the applicant would like additional time to review the draft permit prior to its
acceptance. Please review the attached draft and return with any comments or with your acceptance
of the draft before the expiration date of this Additional Information Request.
Please be aware that you are responsible for meeting all requirements set forth in North Carolina
rules and regulations. Any oversights that occurred in the review of the subject application package are
still the Applicant’s responsibility. In addition, any omissions made in responding to this item, or failure
to provide the additional information on or before the above requested date may result in your application
being returned as incomplete.
