An error on my part resulted in some monitoring required by the permit being inadvertently left off the analysis request sheet when annual samples were sent to the lab. These parameters have been noted on the Annual Residual Sampling Summary form. Samples have been taken from residuals stored on the pad during 2002 and the analysis will be sent in as an amended report. Should you have any questions or if I can provide you any additional information, please don't hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, 1 \._..
