HomeMy WebLinkAbout20020672 Ver 3_Meeting Minutes_20141126 Introduction This spreadsheet contains scores for all transportation projects, which are subject to North Carolina’s new Strategic Transportation Investments (STI) Law. These scores can be found in All Projects the tab at the bottom. These scores represent the cumulative Local Input and Quantitative points assigned to each project only, and will be used as input to the programming process. They are not representative of whether a project will be funded. The rank order must still be subject to other STI requirements such as 10% corridor cap and federal action regarding tolling of existing All data used for scoring and evaluating projects, including scores and initial point-in- time cost estimates, have been generated by either the Department and/or through coordination with local governments.  The results are intended for use in the Department’s Strategic Prioritization Process and for preliminary level planning, scoring, and evaluation purposes only.  Per the STI law, these scores will be used in the Blue highlighted projects found in this spreadsheet represent Statewide Mobility projects fully funded for construction which were not be eligible for local input point assignment during the June 2 – August 29, 2014 window.  This spreadsheet uses macros. Projects are organized by SPOT ID, the unique identifier given to each project. Columns A - J contain basic information about the project and the scores.  Columns K - M contain the total/final scores for each project, while Columns O - T list the quantitative scores and total local input points for each project. Columns V-AX list the MPOs/RPOs, Divisions, and local Search for projects by Mode, Region, Division, County or Metropolitan and Rural Planning Organization (MPO/RPO) by clicking on the tan boxes at the top of the spreadsheet. You can also filter or sort projects by route, funding category, total score, etc. by clicking the arrow on green Clear Search To remove all filters you have applied, click the box at the top of the spreadsheet.
