Carrboro, NC 27510-2001 Subject: Annual Report Review Permit No. WQ0021828 OWASA Class A Residuals DCAR Program Orange County Monica Dodson, The 2021 Residuals Annual Report for Orange County Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA) Class A Residuals Program was reviewed by WQROS staff on October 12, 2022. The report was received on February 25, 2022 and indicates permit compliance. The report indicates that approximately 960.2 dry tons of Class A residuals were land applied to approximately 970.9 acres during the 2021 calendar year. The total number of fields applied to was 66. There are 91 application fields listed in attachment B of the permit. All lab analyses were submitted according to permit conditions. The Residuals Annual Report was received on time, in the proper format, and included a signed Annual Land Application Certification form. At the time of the report review the facility appeared compliant with the annual report requirement.
