Plans are in the work to add 75 more homes and 35 rental cottages. They hope to upgrade the WWTP in the spring of 1994. A review of self monitoring data shows the Yonahlossee WWTP to be in complete compliance with all effluent limitations for the period 9/92 - 8/93. Although the permitted flow is 0.150 MGD, the package plant is currently only sized for 0.02 MGD. In addition, an A/C request was submitted on 8/30/93 to increase the actual design capacity to 0.04 MGD. Therefore, the new permit should contain effluent limit pages for flows of 0.02 MGD, 0.04 MGD, and 0.150 MGD. WSRO recommends reissuance. `k%.b,,a \%\, Signature of report prepay' 6p1-Water Quality Regional Supervisor -Z-93 Date Fro "- llc13 PART III - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS Only one item on the proposed plans was noted which needs to be changed. The proposed "cross connect air supply line" should be a 3" line and not a 2" line as shown. This is needed in order to match up with the existing air supply line and to be able to supply enough air (An even larger .diameter line would be acceptable and probably more efficient). When the Permit is renewed it should have a reduced flow limitation or at least two effluent limits pages (One for actual treatment capacity and one for ultimate treatment capacity once all upgrades are completed). Once the above items have been addressed, this office does not object to the issuance of an A/C for this project. Signature of report preparer /o /s'- 93 Date 7_?
