Dear Mayor Sigmon:
The final plans and specifications for the subject project have boon reviewed
and found to be satisfactory. Authorisation is hereby granted for the construction
of additions to the existing .06 MGD extended aeration wastewater treatment plant
to increase the capacity to .10 )GD to consist of a comminutor, dual .02 MCD extend-
ed aeration package plants with an aerobic digester, approximately 770 square feet
of sludge drying beds, standby power, and laboratory facilities.
This is a Class II Waotevatsr Treatment Plant which requires that the operator
in responsible charge hold a valid Grade II Certificate.
This Authorisation to Construct shall be subject to revocation unless the waste-
water treatment facilities are constructed in accordance with the conditions and
limitations specified is Permit No. MC0032671.
