OVERVIEW
This report contains the storm water management overview for the residential project
Ashley Heights on Reservation Road in Hoke County. The project site is currenfly
undeveloped. The proposed site consists of 91286 acres.
The proposed site is located 'n Flood Zone -X' as shown on FFMA FIRM Panel 3710848800J
w4h an effective cate of 10/111/06. Fieod zones are subject to change by F MA.
There are no existing stream o, wetland features on the proposed property.
There ere three proposed storm wa=er moncgement facilities (one infiltration basin, and two
wet ponds and) outlined in this report and have been designed for post —development peak
cttenuation to treat the irnperv;ous areas of the development. The infiltra= on Basin SCM 1
is designed to capture a drainage area of 11.92 ac with an impervious area of 2.36 cc.
The Wet Fond SCM 2 is designed to capture a drainage area of 13.55 ac with an
impervious area of 3.17 ac. The Wet Pond SCM 3 is designed to capture a drainage area
of 62.66 cc with an impervious area of 14.54 ac. The balance of the site Is open space
and will by—pass tree proposed SCMs. The SCMs are designed to Erect a 1,0" storm event.
