V. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS
A land use agreement and CPLR report (2019) were provided for the transfer field. No soils analysis was provided for
the transfer field (not sure if it is required), but a soils analysis from 2019 was located in the WQ0011244 City of
Oxford 2019 Annual Residuals Report. There was nothing remarkable in the analysis returns. Residuals were last
applied to the transfer field during 2019.
DWR RRO staff recommend an updated soils analysis be requested in an Additional Information Request.
