PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS The permittee requests renewal of the subject Permit to discharge treated domestic and industrial wastewater from an interstate car and truck restaurant and fuel refilling plaza. The WWT facilities appeared to be functioning properly at the time of the site inspection. The receiving stream (at outfall 001) has been found by TJSGS to have positive 7Q10 flow, therefore, an alternative analysis is not required.
