Parameter(s) Affected
X_ Parameter(s) are water quality limited. For some parameters, the available load capacity of
the immediate receiving water will be consumed. This may affect future water quality based
effluent limitations for additional dischargers within this portion of the watershed.
OR
No parameters are water quality limited, but this discharge may affect future allocations.

PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The permittee requests renewal of the subject Permit to
discharge treated domestic and industrial wastewater from an
interstate car and truck restaurant and fuel refilling plaza. The
WWT facilities appeared to be functioning properly at the time of
the site inspection. The receiving stream (at outfall 001) has
been found by TJSGS to have positive 7Q10 flow, therefore, an
alternative analysis is not required.
Pending receipt and approval of the WLA, it is recommended
the Permit he renewed with any comments and/or recommendations
contained in this report incorporated into the Permit prior to
reissuance.
