Permits & Engineering Comments: This is a permit renewal for a discharge of 0.02 MGD expanding to 0.04 MGD of wastewater into an unnamed tributary to Thorpe Lake Hurricane Creek in the Little Tennessee River Basin. Within the past twelve months this facility seems to be operating well with only one fecal coliform violation. Downstream values looked fine with the exception of one instance of fecal coliform. A few times within the past twelve months this facilty recorded no discharge. As per the region this facility is now owned by Trillium Links & Village, LLC. Permits and Engineering will recommend existing limitations at flows of 0.02 MGD and 0.04 MGD, with monitoring reflective of a class II facility. The region needs to verify facility class, longitude and latitude, precisely describe components and give a status on co ntruction to 0.040 MGD.
