As indicated in the 9/22/2022 Compliance Inspection Report, this facility does not currently recycle water from the
mining operations. Water would need to be pumped from the final settling pond into the operations to avoid
Comments: any potential discharge to surface waters. Additionaly, a freeboard marker needs to be installed in the final settling
pond to monitor freeboard levels. A spill control plan would also need to be prepared in order to meet
deemed -permitted requirements.
