The Toxaway Falls POA,
Inc. (PO Box 270, Toxaway
Falls, NC 28747-0270) has
requested renewal of permit
NC0052043 for its WWTP
in Transylvania County.
This permitted facility
discharges treated domestic
wastewater to the Toxaway
River in the Savannah River
Basin. Currently Ammonia
Nitrogen, Fecal Coliform
and Total Residual Chlorine
are water quality limited.
This discharge may affect
future allocations in this
segment of Toxaway River.
