Hopefully you found this record in the repository with the link below, but if not, attached is the most recent record of
renewed permit coverage for this facility. It was re -issued in March 2022.
This is an adequate record, and no further action is required. However, if you wish to have a Certificate of Coverage, you

Some possible reasons for this include:
Annual fees are owed, and so permit coverage for this facility was not renewed, or
This COC was issued after the General Permit was renewed, or
This COC is no longer active (has been rescinded).
