Elk David, This project has been returned. There were various inadequacies with the application and several attempts to receive the required information.. To gain 401 approval a new application will have to be submitted and reviewed. However, The Division of Water Resources is willing to meet with applicants regarding permit applications and associated project requirements. You mention that there has been a misunderstanding of the scope of the project? Could you elaborate on this statement so that we could understand your comment? At this stage of the project if Mr. Acceturro and yourself would like to meet to discuss a new application once it is submitted we would entertain and welcome a meeting. Mr. Devane can be contacted for any stormwater related questions and I can be contacted for any other remaining items. You may contact us by phone or email. If you decide to re- submit an application and would like to schedule a meeting please let us know. We would request an outline of the items that you would like to discuss before a meeting is scheduled. Please let me know if you have any remaining questions.
