Hey Michael,
Yes, we have received the replacement bond # 3802987 for the Kittrell Hill site (see attached electronic copy)
issued by Great American Insurance Company to Eco Terra, LLC in the amount of $60,000. By copy of this
correspondence, DWR releases Eco Terra Partners, LLC from bond# 54229659 issued by The United Fire & Casualty
Company in the amount of $80,000.
