Some of the information requested required review and approval from NCDOT on the specifics of the culvert extension. We recently received comments back from NCDOT regarding our design and we are now in a position to provide the requested information to you. As such, we are forwarding to you: 1. Five (5) copies of the plan sheet showing all stream impacts related to the culvert extension. 2. Five (5) copies of the cross section and related plans of the culvert extension identifying the invert as being buried about one foot below the natural streambed for aquatic life passage. 3. Five (5) sets of plans provided by Wade Trim describing the stormwater management plan for the proposed development. Please note that Mattern & Craig has been retained by the developer to provide construction plans and documents for the culvert extension and roadway widening along the NCDOT-maintained routes only.
