with Stormwater Regulations
Stormwater Project No. SW8 940120
Jerry Porter Lincoln, Mercury, Isuzu
New Hanover County
Dear Mr. Porter:
This Certification is pursuant to the revised application for Jerry Porter Lincoln, Mercury, Isuzu
received on April 21, 1994. Based on our review of the revised project plans and specifications, we have
determined that the JerTy Porter Lincoln, Mercury, Isuzu stormwater control system complies with the
Stormwater Regulations set forth in Title 15A NCAC 2H.1003(i). The runoff will be treated in a
detention pond sized to achieve 90% reduction in Total Suspended Solids. The revision consists of the
removal of I driveway, and the relocation of the remaining driveway. The amount of impervious area
is not affected, and therefore the pond design is unchanged. This Certification supersedes the one issued
on February 22, 1994.
Any modification of the plans submitted to and approved by this Office or further development
of this site regardless of the fact that the modification may be less than I acre, will require an additional
Stormwater Submittal/Modification and approval prior to initiation of construction. Modifications include
but are not limited to; project name changes, transfer of ownership, redesign of built -upon surfaces,
addition of built -upon surfaces, redesign or further subdivision of the project area.
This Certification shall be effective from the date of issuance until rescinded. The project shaU
be constructed and maintained in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the
Wilmington Regional Office. The developer is responsible for obtaining any and all permits and
approvals necessary for the development of this project. This could include the Division of Coastal
Management under CAMA requirements, the Division of Environmental Management under Wetland 401
Water Quality Certification and/or a Dredge and Fill Permit and/or a Sewer Extension/Collection Permit,
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 404 Wetland Permit, NPDES Stormwater Permit if disturbing five acres

Enclosed please find three sets of the revised subject plan,
calculations and stormwater maintenance schedule.
The previously proposed two driveways are now only one.
Total impervious areas decreased but less than 1% and did
not affect our earlier design.
Please review for approval and contact me should you have
any questions or comments. Thank you for your assistance on
this project.
sincerely,
