I am in receipt of the application for #SW8131008. I noticed at the top of page 1 Section A of the application the project street address is listed as 1709 Clinton Road, in Cumberland county however our office only handles the Wilmington Regions of Brunswick, New Hanover, Onslow, Fender, and Carteret. I believe there was a small mix up between the project street address and the mailing address listed on the applications because they are the same. The permit issued in 2013 is address to 905 Old Ocean Hwy, Bolivia, Brunswick County. This page one of the application needs to reflect this. Please attach a new page one of the application correcting the project street address and county for this permit renewal. I only need page one.
