Dear Mr. Hanson:
The Wilmington Regional Office received and accepted a State Stormwater Management Permit Renewal
Application for the subject project on April 1, 2022. A preliminary in-depth review of that information has
determined that the application is not complete and that additional information is needed. To continue the review,
please provide the following additional information in a single, hard copy submittal package:
1. 15A NCAC 02H.1040(1)(a) and .1042(2)(b)(ii) : The application was signed by Jaisun Hanson; however
the provided documentation from the NC Secretary of State does not identify Mr. Hanson as a president
or vice president of this corporation. In the case of a corporation, the application must be signed by a
principal executive officer of at least the level of vice-president.. Please:
a. Provide official documentation showing that Mr. Hanson is a president or vice president and
authorized to sign for the corporation.
Please remember to confirm that any revised information is presented consistently throughout the application
documents. Please also remember to provide a hard copy of any updated documents per 15A NCAC
0214.1045(3).
The requested information should be received in this Office by May 21, 2022, or the application will be returned
as incomplete. If additional time is needed to submit the requested information, please email your extension
request prior to this due date to the email address provided below with a justification and a date of when the
requested information will be submitted, which shall be no later than 15 days past the original due date. Please
note that only two letters requesting additional information is allowed in the State Stormwater Program for a
total of 30 days to submit the requested additional information. If the information is not satisfactorily provided
after either the second request or 30 days, the project will be returned. If the project is returned and you wish to
re -submit later, you will need to resubmit all required items at that time, including the application fee.

REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

MINUTES
Pursuant to call, the Quarterly Meeting of the Board of Directors for the Parrot Landing
Homeowners Association, Inc. was held on Monday, February 7, 2022 by Zoom Call.
I. Attendance and Opening of the Meeting:
The following Directors of the Association were present:
Anthony Donato
Jaisun Hanson
Paul Fogel
Brandon Pastor of Crystal Coast Management Consultants, Inc., the Association's
Managing Agent, was also present.
Jaisun Hanson, Director of the Association, served as Chairman and Brandon Pastor,
Association Manager, served as Recording Secretary Pro-tem for the meeting.
Chairman Hanson called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
If. Financial Report:
A. Financial Report - December 31, 2021: CCMC presented the financial report for
the period ending December 31, 2021, which included a review of the operating,
reserve, and accounts receivable balances for the period.
B. Accounts Receivable - December 31, 2021: The Accounts receivable report as of
December 31, 2022 was presented to the Board of Directors.
Ill. Unfinished Business:
A. Landscaping Contractor. CCMC presented bids from contractors to the Board of
Directors for review and discussion. After discussion, a motion was made by
Anthony Donato to approve the bid from Vans Lawn Care. The motion was
seconded by Jaisun Hanson. The motion was approved unanimously.
B. Insurance Coverage. CCMC presented bids from insurance companies to the
Board of Directors for review and discussion. After discussion, a motion was made
by Anthony Donato to approve insurance bid from Robinson and Stith. The motion
was seconded by Paul Fogel. The motion was approved unanimously.
IV. New Business:
A. Storm Water Retention Pond Permit. CCMC presented that the forms for the
Association to renew the Stormwater Permit will be sent to Mr. Hanson for review
and approval.
B. Updating Registered Agent. CCMC present that the forms to change the
Association's registered agent to CCMC will be sent to Mr. Hanson for review and
approval.

State Stormwater Management Permit #SW8 100901 for the subject project expired on October 4, 2021. This is a
reminder that permit renewal applications are due 180 days prior to their expiration per 15A NCAC 2H.1045(3).
North Carolina General Statutes and the Coastal Stormwater rules require that this property be covered under a
stormwater permit. Failure to maintain a permit subjects the owner to assessment of civil penalties. More

I wanted to touch base with you and let you know that we are working with Ashley Melton with Storm Water Solutions
here in Swansboro. He has been to the site and made an initial assessment on what we need to do and is going to work
with us on getting all of the issues resolved. He said that he wanted to speak with you or the inspector to make sure
that he was covering all of the points of concern and to make sure that we get it fixed right from the
start. Unfortunately, he is out of town currently on a long planned trip and will not be back for a few days. He has
assured me that we will be at the top of his priorities when he returns.
I wanted you to know that we were working towards a solution. Thanks for giving me some insight on how to find
someone to help us with this.
