An Approve Jurisdictional Determination was issued (SAW 2020-
02074) on 04/22/2021 in an effort to plan for future required mine
expansion to increase the Life of Mine (LOF) with an effort to
avoidance and minimize impacts to Jurisdictional Aquatic Resources.
However, there is unavoidable and need to impact— 871 sq.ft. or 267
I.f. with an — avg OHWM width of 3.3 ft, of an Intermittent stream.
VMC proposes to perform this permitting under NW # 44 (Mining) and
State Individual permit since the total length of impact exceeds the
150 linear feet under GC 4267.
We are happy to provide the AJD SAW # 2020-02074 as well as any
other documents.
