This letter is in response to the letter received on September 7, 2022 regarding a Notice of
Violation. As you stated in your letter, the May 2022 report was missing the parameter for the
total phosphorus. This was reported on the original form to the state but was not transferred over
to the new form. All reports are now being reported on the new forms.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. In the future all reports will be reported
on the new forms.
