The Division of Water Resources received Sandler Utilities at Mill Run's October 17,
2022 System Failure Contingency Plan for the above referenced facility. The plan as provided is
approved, contingent upon the following items:
• Should the plan be placed into action and found insufficient to meet situational needs,
additional actions and effort may still be required to remedy a problem causing a
prolonged outage and minimize customer impacts to the extent possible.
