This letter is to serve as official acknowledgement of receipt of NOV-2022-0074
and our attempt to have a response to DWR staff within 10 business days. Please note,
the letter received from DWR was postmarked November 2, 2.022 but the envelope was
postmarked November 9, 2022. The letter was received at Atkinson Milling Facility on
November 11, 2022.
We take this DWR NOV received very seriously and are addressing the facility
operation issues noted. We are working closely with our facility consultants from SWE
Group to determine an effective and lasting solution to the issues at hand. Please be
aware that a formal response and action plan is forthcoming from team member Dr.
Albert Rubin.
We intend to offer a tentative schedule for implementation after a -thorough
review of the current facility operations is complete.
