November 3rd, 2022 from your initial review.
Please find enclosed electronic files of the Fast Track Application Package and supporting
documents which remain unchanged aside from the revised USGS and aerial maps.
For clarity, all comments are shown below with our responses bold and italicized under each:
1. Please provide a more detailed project narrative.
The proposed project includes the abandonment of Farmington Oaks Pump Station
and redirection of flow to the 18-inch gravity sewer outfall which runs adjacent to the
Farmington Oaks development. Existing gravity sewer to be intercepted via doghouse
manhole and approximately 176 L.F. of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer to be installed to
redirect flow to the 18-inch outfall. Pump station structures to be demolished and
forcemain to be abandoned in ploce.p
2. Will the scope of this project include the abandonment of the existing forcemain
associated with the pump station (as shown on the included maps)? (This can be
included in the revised project narrative)
Yes, the project scope includes the abandonment of the forcemain. Line to remain in
