Enclosed you will find the report for the inspection conducted on November 15, 2022. The MRO would
like to extend its' appreciation to Jonathan and Brian of AQWA for their assistance during this site visit.
The system was noted as being non -compliant with the permit at the time of the inspection. The two -
wire fence needs repair. In addition, solid waste items e.g., (a used oil filter and plastic bottles) were
observed on the drip irrigation field. These items need be removed from the drip irrigation field.
The attached report should be self-explanatory. Please address the issues noted in the attached
inspection report. Please notify our office once repairs have been completed.
