Hi John:
There needs to be language that states that if the dam is not removed, that the 401's
for all of the rest of the Hydro projects will need to be reopened to address
mitigation for the bypassed channels.
Those projects being:
Lake Glenville
Little Tuckasegee
Tanessee Creek
Wolf Creek
Cedar Cliff
Bear Lake
Nantahala
Queens Creek
White Oak Creek

condition saying that we need to approve a detailed removal and monitoring plan
fashioned after the plan in the EA either for the 404 permit (if there is one) or
just as an additional approval. anything else to add?
