Hi Michael, and thanks for the PCN for the above referenced project. I haven't fully evaluated the PCN yet, but I wanted
to let you know that, per Nationwide Permit (NWP) 29 Regional Condition C.a., "Discharges in streams and wetlands for
stormwater management facilities are prohibited under this NWP." As such, please note that the Corps will evaluate the
PCN for use of NWP 18 (for the proposed stormwater BMP impacts) and NWP 29 (for the road and sewer crossing),
rather than all impacts under NWP 29. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
