The large wet pond has three outfalls with outlet protection and level spreaders to disperse the flow prior to entering the buffered area. The small dry detention pond has one outlet with outlet protection and a level spreader to disperse the flow. No construction associated with the ponds will take place within the Neuse River Buffer. Enclosed for your review is the following: • Seven (7) copies of clarification sketches, SK-1 & SK-2 • Seven (7) copies of the level spreader calculations If there are any additional questions concerning this PCN application, please contact us.
