Attached is also a revised summary sheet showing the fourth location with an approximate permanent SW impact of 0.0055 ac and with an existing channel impact of 40' giving a total channel impact of 58 LF. This is to correct the error in what was submitted that show an additional permanent channel impact of only 6 LF and a temporary SW impact of 0.0055 ac. The 6' +/- dimension is the approximate extension of the rip rap slope into the water whereas the 40' +/- represents the approximate linear distance along the bank that his rip rap stabilization is proposed to be placed.
