B-4439 sheen on water 20221110.jpg
Hannah, Brad, and Tom,
Sophia reviewed the subject bridge today and noticed a sheen on the water (see attached photo). It
was determined that it came from the pile hammer, which the inspector confirmed had an issue
with a leak (dripping) from a hose. The hose had already been fixed. The sheen is limited to one
part of the stream, and the inspector is investigating getting access to absorbent pads. The
contractor is not working at the site today so we will have to receive updates from the inspector and
the resident’s office regarding the clean-up.
We understand that the fluid is not petroleum based and is considered biodegradable.
We will send a follow-up when it has been addressed. Please let me know if there are any questions
or if more information is needed.
Thanks,
Anneliese
