Dear Mr. Greene,
The subdivision referred to as Long Point Reserve on Long Point Rd in Vass, NC including 75
residential units has been approved by all Boards and town and county staff -level agencies. The
final approval of the preliminary plat by the Town of Vass is ready to be signed once the Post
Construction Stormwater Permit from NCDEQ is received. The recent modifications to the
stormwater system as recommended by Carlo Pardo with Bowman North Carolina Ltd. via
NCDEQ, does not require any additional review by the Town.
