AMENDMENT TO COMPLIANCE WITH
WETLAND & BUFFER REGULATIONS
THIS AMENDMENT TO COMPLIANCE WITH WETLAND & BUFFER
REGULATIONS (this "Amendment ") :is made this June 3 , 2014 (the "Effective Date"), by
BRADFORD 11 SPE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ( "Grantor ").
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, that certain Compliance with Wetland & Buffer Regulations dated January
13, 2014 ✓.,as recorAe-1 in Dced Boo!�, 15550, Pagcs 5" - 56 of the V,'ake County 11"Cuistcr of
Deeds (the "Notice"); and
WHEREAS, the Grantor now desires to amend the Notice to include a reference to the
subdivision and lot numbers to note the property to which the Notice applies;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the Grantor
amends the Notice as follows:
1. Name of Subdivision, Lot Numbers, The first paragraph of the Notice is hereby
replaced with the following paragraph:
In accordance with Title 15 A NCAC 214 .0500, the following DEED
NOTIFICATION shall be recorded in the Wake County Registry prior to the
conveyance of lots. Said Deed Notification shall apply to Lot 34 as shown on

that certain subdivision plat titled "Bradford Phase I Lots I through 34"
prepared by Withers & Ravenel, and recorded in Book of Maps 2014, Pages
223-230.
2, No Other Amendment, Except as herein amended, the Notice shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
3. Counterparts. s. This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each
of` which shall be deerned an original, and counterpart signature pages may be assembled to florl-11
a single original document.
