Thanks for taking my call. As discussed, the City proposes to use cut stone instead of logs for the toe and wetland inlet
weir structures. Attached is a copy of the revised detail from the 99% design submittal for your records. There will be no
additional impacts to jurisdictional waters. Please verify that this design change complies with NC DWR’ approved 401
Water Quality Certification and Additional Conditions. Let me know if you have questions or require any additional
