Dear Mr. Stancil:
Reference is made to your request for rescission of the non -discharge groundwater remediation permit
referenced above. Based upon information provided, your request to rescind this permit is approved.
Therefore, in accordance with your request, Permit WQ0034819 is rescinded with an effective date of
this letter.
Also, since the request for permit rescission and closure of the remediation system was completed prior
to the current reporting period (November 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023), the annual fees of $810.00 are
waived.
If in the future, you wish to operate a groundwater remediation system, you must first apply for and
receive a new permit. Operating an injection system without a valid permit may result in the assessment
of civil penalties and/or the use of other enforcement mechanisms available to the state. If it would be
