On December 16, 2014, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application
dated December 12, 2014 requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification and Riparian Buffer
Authorization from the Division for your project. The Division has determined that your
application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until the
following information is received:
1. Section C. Proposed Impacts Inventory of the Pre - Construction Notification
Application must be adequately completed. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(7)]
2. The limits of your impacts to wetlands /streams /riparian buffers must be shown on
the plan submitted with the application. This can be accomplished using the survey
you already have of the property. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(7)]
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c) and Title 15A NCAC 02B.0233 (8), the applicant shall
furnish all of the above requested information, for the proper consideration of the application.
If all of the requested information is not received in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt
of this letter, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned. The
return of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a
complete application package and the appropriate fee.
