Guilford County
Reference is made to your NPDES permit modification request received on September 17,
1993. The modification request was for the withdraw of the relocation of the outfall 1300 feet
downstream below a privetly owned pond. The Division of Environmental Management (DEM)
has received a letter from Morris L. Crafton from Hidden Forest Estates requesting this
application modification request be returned.
Because of this request, the Division of Environmental Management is returning your
application for modification and the authorization to construct (A to C) request. A copy of your
application and the A to C package has been submitted to our Central Files for future reference.
NPDES permit No. NC0065358, issued August 26, 1991, is still in effect..
Should you desire to reactivate your permit request, please advise the Division of
Environmental Management in writing and resubmit a new complete application with the
appropriate application fees. Please note, construction of wastewater discharge facilities and
eventual discharge without a permit modification may be considered a violation of DEM
Regulation 15 NCAC 2H .0101 and the North Carolina General Statutes (GS 143-215.1).
