TO DISCHARGE WASTEWATER UNDER THE
NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM
In compliance with the provision of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1,
other lawful standards and regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina
Environmental Management Commission, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as
amended,
Hidden Forest Mobile Home Park
is hereby authorized to discharge wastewater from a facility located at
Hidden Forest Wastewater Treatment Plant
6602 Holder Inman Road Extension
Randleman
Randolph County
to receiving waters designated as an unnamed tributary to the Deep River in the Cape Fear River
Basin
in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in
Parts I, II, III and IV hereof.
This permit shall become effective April 1, 1996.
This permit and authorization to discharge shall expire at midnight on March 31, 2001.

SUPPLEMENT TO PERMIT COVER SHEET
Hidden Forest Estates Mobile Home Park
is hereby authorized to:
1. Continue to operate a 0.027 MGD system with an influent surge tank with bar screen, aeration
tank, clarifier, chlorination and contact tank, post aeration tank, aerated sludge holding tank,
phosphorus removal equipment, tertiary filters, a UV disinfection unit, effluent flow
measurement, and stand-by power located at Hidden Forest Mobile Home Park, 6602 Holder
Inman Road Extension, Randleman, Randolph County (See Part III of this Permit), and
2. Discharge from said treatment works at the location specified on the attached map into an
unnamed tributary to Deep River which is classified Class C waters in the Cape Fear River
Basin.

E. POTW Connection Condition
The permittee shall properly connect to an operational publicly owned wastewater collection
system within 180 days of its availability to the site, if the facility is in noncompliance with any
terms and conditions of the NPDES permit or governing rules, regulations and laws.

plied for a permit renewal for a fa-
cility located at Hidden Forest
Mobile Home Park. a site on NCSR
1988. north of Randleman, Ran-
dolph County. The facility dis-
charges from one outfall adjacent
to Stewart's Pond, a privately
owned pond near the existing
wastewater treatment facility, into
an unnamed tributary to the Deep
River which Is a Class C stream In
the Cape Fear River Basin which
has a 7Q10 flow of 1.8 cfs. BOD5.
ammonia and dissolved oxygen are
water quality limited. For some pa-
rameters, the available load capac-
ity of the immediate receiving
water will be consumed. Thls may
affect future water quality based
effluent limitations for additional
dischargers within this portion of
the watershed.

to the Level Cross exit. Turn left onto NCSR 2101 and cross
over Hwy 220. Take the first access road to the left and
follow it into the Park. Thq wastewater treatment plant is
located in the rear of the Park. The discharge line is
located across Hwy 200 adjacent to Stewart's Pond.

Hidden Forest Mobile Home Park has applied for renewal of
NPDES Permit No. NC0065358. All upgrades and construction
activities have been completed.
WSRO recommends reissuance of this permit in accordance with
Division guidelines.
(It should be noted that the facility has experienced 15
monthly effluent limit violations since December 1994. Fast
Track Enforcement proceedings are'in progress)
