HomeMy WebLinkAboutNC0065358_permit issuance_19960304Permit No. NC0065358 STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH, AND NATURAL RESOURCES DIVISION OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PERMIT TO DISCHARGE WASTEWATER UNDER THE NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM In compliance with the provision of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1, other lawful standards and regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, Hidden Forest Mobile Home Park is hereby authorized to discharge wastewater from a facility located at Hidden Forest Wastewater Treatment Plant 6602 Holder Inman Road Extension Randleman Randolph County to receiving waters designated as an unnamed tributary to the Deep River in the Cape Fear River Basin in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in Parts I, II, III and IV hereof. Continue to operate a 0.027 MGD system with an influent surge tank with bar screen, aeration tank, clarifier, chlorination and contact tank, post aeration tank, aerated sludge holding tank, phosphorus removal equipment, tertiary filters, a UV disinfection unit, effluent flow measurement, and stand-by power located at Hidden Forest Mobile Home Park, 6602 Holder Inman Road Extension, Randleman, Randolph County (See Part III of this Permit), and 2. Discharge from said treatment works at the location specified on the attached map into an unnamed tributary to Deep River which is classified Class C waters in the Cape Fear River Basin. A. (). POTW Connection Condition The permittee shall properly connect to an operational publicly owned wastewater collection system within 180 days of its availability to the site, if the facility is in noncompliance with any terms and conditions of the NPDES permit or governing rules, regulations and laws.
