Inspection Summary:
Inspection was in response to an application for coverage under an NCG16 permit. The information on the application was
accurate. All water onsite flows into a basin located on the southwest corner of the site. Asphalt and concrete related runnoff
is comingled in the basin. Basin water recieves pH treatment within the basin. The pH of the basin water during the site visit
was 8. The pH of the water is continuously monitored and reports are sent electronically to Tracy Davis one a week. Tracy
Davis performs weekly site visits and documents maintenance activities. The basin recieves all water from washing down the
eqipment/machinery of the concrete plant as well as wash water from trucks. Truch washwater recieves a little bit of
pretreatment for sediment in a seperate basin. This water is piped to the basin in the southwest corner of the site. The
concrete plant is covered under permit number NCG140251. Coverage of the asphalt plant under the NCG16 is recomended
