APPLICANT: Matthew C. Potter
PROJECT LOCATION: Project site is located off SR 1732 at 266 Zinkie Lane adjacent North Creek in
the Ransomville community near the Town of Bath in Beaufort County, North Carolina
PROPOSED PROJECT: Applicant proposes to modify two existing pier structures by lengthening one,
adding finger piers and mooring piles to both as well as constructing a new pier with slips to create 36
additional slips for a total of 46 slips.
