To all,
The Village of Bald Head Island is requesting a modification to their terminal groin permit. The proposed
modification consists of the construction of a temporary, elevated trestle over approximately 2,800 square feet
of navigable waters. The purpose of this trestle is to allow for the delivery of rock to the island from the
mainland. Please see the attachments for the project narrative and project drawings. Please provide comments
on the proposal by January 9, 2015. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thanks.
