Project Built-Upon Area (ac.)
This project consists of widening US 62 (LIberty Road) from an existing 2 lane facility to 2 lanes in both direction with center turn lane facility with medians for protected left
turns and Curb & Gutter thruout the project. Grass lined ditches were incorporated at outfalls to reduce impacts to water quality where practicable on the the project and roadwy
ditches are grass lined except where steepness of terrain called for Rip Rap lined. There is also a re-alignment of Kersey Valley Rd to new location - 1@12' lane each direction
with shoulder section and grass lined ditches where possible; and a new proposed road to tie -L- (Liberty Rd/US 62) to -Y6- (Weant Rd) that is on new location - 1@12' lane in
each direction with shoulder section, grass lined ditches where possible to reduce impacts to water quality.
