Dear Mr. Atkinson:
In accordance with your permit minor modification request received September 7, 2022, we are
forwarding herewith a modified Attachment A certified November 15, 2022, to Wake County Wildlife
Club, Inc. for the subject wastewater irrigation system.
Modifications to the subject Attachment are as follows: Measurement frequency for Total Residual
Chlorine (50060) and pH (00400) have been reduced from once per week to twice per year to match the
required ORC visitation schedule.
The modified Attachment A shall be effective from the date of certification until August 31, 2026
(i.e., expiration date of the current permit), shall replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ005134 issued
April 16, 2020, and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, as well as those
specified in the above-referenced permit. Please replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0005134 that
was issued April 16, 2020 with the modified Attachment A. Please note that the Permittee shall submit
a renewal application no later than March 4, 2026.
If any parts, requirements, or limitations contained in this certification are unacceptable, the
Permittee has the right to request an adjudicatory hearing upon written request within 30 days following
receipt of this permit. This request shall be in the form of a written petition, conforming to Chapter 150B
of the North Carolina General Statutes, and filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings at 6714 Mail
Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-6714. Otherwise, this certification shall be final and binding.
