"To minimize impacts to aquatic resources such as SAV and nearby designated PNA waters, an April 1— September 30 in -
water work moratorium is requested as a permit condition."
If the area is within a PNA or anadromous fish spawning area (AFSA) I will state those designations and use the
appropriate dates. If the area is adjacent to wetlands that are frequently inundated I may add those as well. I threw in
the SAV and nearby PNA resources for this project, as noted above.
